A Berlin-based professional by choice, she combines an entrepreneurial mindset with strategic clarity, always guided by a keen sense for people, brands and situations. After completing her degree in Business Administration at Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder), she successfully ran her own promotion agency for many years. At ST-PROMOTIONS, she manages complex brand activation projects with an analytical mindset, strong hands-on mentality and a deep understanding of budgets, processes and teams. Today, she brings this entrepreneurial experience into the strategic development of the company as a shareholder and board member of ST-PROMOTIONS. She began her professional career at the renowned advertising agency Grey, focusing on spot placement and gaining valuable experience in media planning. Since 1996, she has been part of the ST-PROMOTIONS team. Initially, she managed our Düsseldorf branch with great dedication. After a family-related parental break, she took on a key role at our Hamburg headquarters. Today, she serves as Managing Director, overseeing client relations. During his studies in Romance Languages and Political Science, he deepened his linguistic and intercultural skills during stays in Paris and Lisbon. In 1987 he founded ST-PROMOTIONS and simultaneously led various consulting projects for renowned publishing houses. Eight years ago, together with his Dutch business partner Arnaud Snippe (Monsterscore B.V., Amsterdam), he founded the European Activation Agencies (EAA) — today a network of ten specialized brand activation agencies in 21 countries. This experience continues to shape his view of activation to this day: local consumer reality and internationally consistent brand management are, for him, two sides of the same coin. Today, his work focuses on the strategic development of ST-PROMOTIONS and the EAA. His ambition: to think of activation not just creatively, but entrepreneurially — with scalable processes, clear methodology, and sustainability as an integral part, from EcoVadis to ESG. What drives him: making brands not just visible, but relevant — right where people actually experience them.
