When ST-PROMOTIONS was founded in Hamburg in 1987, the world of communication looked very different: print dominated, and many of our first clients came from this field. Newspapers, magazines, and publishers shaped the market and the projects we were entrusted with.

Yet even back then it was clear: it’s not just about circulation or reach, but about true proximity between brand and consumer. This idea marked the very beginning of our mission, to make brands tangible: at trade fairs, in retail, and in everyday consumer life.

In the 1990s, traditional print products reached their peak. ST-PROMOTIONS worked with many renowned publishers and media houses aiming to position their offerings. But at the same time, a shift was happening: consumers wanted more direct, personal brand encounters.

With the rise of digital media and changing consumption habits, ST-PROMOTIONS adapted consistently. Sampling campaigns, roadshows, and in-store promotions became our core services. Step by step, the agency evolved into an expert for live communication.
