
In November, we had the pleasure of managing the eBay Live booth at Comic Con Stuttgart – supporting the official launch of eBay Live. Two days full of energy, pop-culture vibes and genuine interaction with a highly engaged community.
At the heart of the activation was eBay Live: a new live-shopping format that seamlessly combines commerce, entertainment and community. Our mission was clear: explain, activate and inspire – and turn the platform into a tangible live experience.
Brand ambassadors in direct dialogue
With a trained team of Brand Ambassadors, we engaged visitors directly at the booth, clearly explaining how eBay Live works, what makes the format unique and how to participate live. Personal, approachable and on eye level – exactly where curiosity turns into engagement.
Stage ready: stage & show management
Beyond on-booth activation, we were responsible for full stage and show management: coordination of live slots, precise timing, technical alignment and on-site support for all stakeholders.
An experienced on-site team of two stage managers and four brand ambassadors ensured smooth operations and a professional live experience – both on and off stage.
