The recipe for success: tastings as immersive brand experiences

In autumn 2024, we took on a challenge with The Green Mountain: how do you move plant-based gourmet products beyond the shelf to truly win over hearts and taste buds?

The brand already had a strong product portfolio and a clear promise. But unlocking its full potential required more than visibility. It called for real encounters, memorable experiences, and direct conversations with consumers.

We designed a tasting initiative that went far beyond traditional sampling. Authentic brand ambassadors brought The Green Mountain’s message to life at the POS, an eye-catching setup invited shoppers to pause, and the centrepiece was a tasting experience that surprised, delighted, and sparked curiosity.

The response? Outstanding. Almost every location saw sales uplift during the activations. Shoppers praised the taste, texture, and quality – many even asking when the team would return. Curious first-timers became converts; new customers turned into loyal fans.

For us, tasting is never just about handing out samples. It’s about making a brand tangible. Through direct exchange, trust was built, and The Green Mountain’s values became something consumers could truly feel.

For many, a single taste became the start of a lasting connection. And in 2025, we’re set to bring this vibrant, flavour-packed experience to even more people.
